Free Parmalee Concert & Open House

Naval Weapons Station Yorktown is proud to continue its’ Centennial Celebration with a free concert featuring platinum recording artist, Parmalee. Join us on Friday, August 10 at Kirkpatrick field for an evening of country music’s finest plus a special Yorktown Open House.

NAVAL WEAPONS STATION YORKTOWN OPEN HOUSE EVENT

Open for public visitation as part of the base’s centennial celebration. There will be static displays, base history displays, tours of missile park (with replicas), and a 25 year old time capsule reveal.
• 3 p.m., Gate 1 (main gate) opens for public visitation

• 5 p.m., Open house ends and gates to enter concert begins

CONCERT SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• 5 p.m., Concert gates open (1/4 mile from entering gate 1)
• 6:05 p.m., National Anthem
• 6:10 to 6:55 p.m., Fleet Forces Rock Band
• 7:30 p.m., Parmalee performs
This event is free and open to the public.
Concessions will be available and NEX will be on site selling Centennial/Navy novelty items.
