The VBSPCA’s 41st Annual Mutt Masquerade, Virginia Beach’s biggest festival for pets and people! There is a 5k, a 1 mile pack walk, costume contests, food trucks, vendors, and a region wide adoption event featuring shelters and rescues from across Hampton Roads on Sunday, October 27th from 9am to 2pm at the 24th Street Park Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Participate as a fundraiser/runner/walker or a spectator. You can also come by for the costume contest and there will be categories for children, adults, and dogs!
